Chi siamo. Perché i Murales?
Nell’estate 2017 scatta l’idea! Gli iscritti al Tempo Vacanza, il centro estivo organizzato da Irenia, aumentano e lo spazio inizia a mancare; nasce così l’idea di suddividere i bambini e i ragazzi in tre gruppi cosicché la rotazione permetta a tutti di fare esperienza nelle varie attività.
Il murale è concepito come un grande foglio dove ognuno lascia il segno a seconda dell’età, dell’altezza e dell’esperienza.
Noi insegnanti dobbiamo capire come coordinarli: Stefania Galli, Giulia Terragni e Patrizia Barbieri iniziano così quest’avventura.
Una staffetta pittorica che ogni estate, da giugno a settembre, si trasforma in un passaggio di pennello tra i ragazzi.
La realizzazione dei murales diventa così per noi tre una vera e propria professione: sempre più privati ci chiamano per valorizzare la loro proprietà con la speranza di tutelarsi dalle varie scritte che vandalizzano sempre più spesso i muri cittadini.
Who we are. Why the Murals?
In the summer of 2017 the idea was born! The members of Tempo Vacanza, the summer camp organized by Irenia, were increasing and space was starting to run out; thus was born the idea of dividing the kids into three groups so that the rotation allows everyone to gain experience in the various activities.
The mural is conceived as a large sheet where everyone leaves their mark depending on age, height and experience.
We teachers had to understand how to coordinate them: Stefania Galli, Giulia Terragni and Patrizia Barberi began this adventure.
A pictorial relay that every summer, from June to September, turns into a passing of the brush between the kids.
The creation of the murals thus became a real profession for the three of us: more and more private individuals call us to enhance their property with the hope of protecting themselves from the various writings that increasingly vandalize city walls.
